It is still ok to change days when you need to though.

Once you have booked​ you may choose between Tues, Wed and Thurs classes
on a weekly basis, no need to stick to one day.
So you can attend three times a week if you want to!
If you require a concessionary rate, please let us know.

11.30 - 1.30pm Vinyasa Krama Asana/Pranayama Session
1.30 - 2.30pm Ashram Style Vegan Lunch (included)
2.30 - 3.15pm Walking Meditation in Studio grounds
3.30 - 4.45pm Dharma Talk
4.45 - 5.00pm Tea Break
5.00 - 6.30pm Satsang / Homa. Chanting, Meditation, Arati and Prasad.
You are welcome to join Satsang / Homa only 5.00 - 6.30pm

Some Ashram Etiquette will apply for the day ......
Please observe silence on arrival, until after morning Meditation/Chanting session.
Please feel free to bring flowers and fruit as altar offerings.
Please switch off mobile phones and observe a digital detox for the day.
Please ensure any snacks you bring are vegan.
Please commit to staying for the complete programme 11am - 6.30pm
Pickup is available from Ely railway station - please let us know in good time.
