In the Vinyasa Krama System there is an extensive sequence of Supine Vinyasas which prepare one for a more comfortable and rewarding shoulderstand experience, and many more variations within the final pose. We will explore this progressive journey towards a proficient shoulderstand. Study the benefits and therapeutic applications of this essential practice. Suitable for all yogis and teachers wishing to study the posture in depth. You do not need to be proficient in shoulderstand, even if the full pose is not available to you the preparitory viyasas and variations are of great benefit.
